Rear SAM and Seat Module

Rear SAM and Seat Module
My rear defroster was not working after I took my car to the shop. I noticed the relay was missing on REAR SAM 'E' but there was installed on 'F'. Once I removed the 'F' relay to 'E' the rear defroster works! My concern is what is 'F' used for? I have attached the rear sam specs but it states 'F' is Relay 1, terminal 15R (N10/2kF), does that mean its not used the mechanic just inserted the replay in the wrong port? Attached is the pdf.
I also need a passenger seat module, looking the for the best price possible, any suggestions?
Thanks in advance.

Rear SAM relay F supplies current for TeleAid, ETC speed sensor ballast, & Rear Wiper. If you don't have those, you don't need the relay.
Google the part number of the seat module and you should find reman houses that can help.

If you have teleaid, there is a wrench symbol on a button on the overhead console. The electronic transmission control looks for a sensor that monitors the output shaft of 722.630 transmissions. Almost certain you do not have that.
