I am now very confused on what to do now. I bought a set of 4 brabus monoblock v multipiece from a guy on ebay. he put a listing of the wheels on ebay, i tried to bargain with him and ended up buying out side ebay. he sent me all the wheels, and the wheels are not in perfect conditions, and i sent one of the wheel back for repair. and i waited and waited, i didn't receive the wheel back. i tried to email him so many times, and i didn't get any reply. i tried to call him too, he won't pick up the phone. one more problem had happened too recently, his id in the ebay now had become not a registered user. at first i thought i can bid on his stuff and get ebay to get hold of him. but now nothing i can do. i hope you guys can give suggestion on what to do. his ebay user id is aloivag143 . and his name is dan tortoriello, his add : 12 rutan pl bloomfield nj 07003, phone: 973 851 4230 . if any one happen to live in nj , can you guys help me find out whether this person exist or not. This guy is infamous for his scams selling wheels. He is a first class crook. You are pretty much screwed. Contact the New Jersey police.

put a stop payment request to u'r creditcard company, assuming u used a creditcard and not a direct transfer from your checking account...
