Getting power out of the c320 is very expensive that money can be better spent imo on handling mods or BIX. One of my favorite mods I have on my car is the Tein Springs (I know not the best but they have been good for over two years so far with no sag) with Renntech Shocks and AMG bars. It made my car corner so much better and feel safer as well. I also put on 17 inch 2005 sport rims in the summer with summer tires. That combination makes my car more fun than the eurocharged tune I have. I do love the tune but i got it on sale a few years back for cheap so that was the only reason I did it.

Handling is going to be the best performance mod imho. Power is great to have but zipping around corners and feeling like you're on rails is fun. Go for some C32 sways or aftermarket and you'll feel a lot of difference in handing. So suspension would be first for me then after that getting bix or doing a retrofit would be my next choice.

I have c320. Delete sec cats only. Keep resonator. C32 amg muffler. Kn filter. Evosport underdrive pullies. **** service great product. Ecu tune or chip. All this is cheap with improvements if you like taking off really fast. Heaps of torque. If you want to lise low end torque and shift power to high end(useless). Delete sec cats and res. with evosport headers. But not worth it. Even better. Spend $5000 on c32 engine swap.
