I agree with FrankW!!

VW, although a quality brand with a respectable image is hardly a premium brand, and I think they'll find it hard to ever truly be a premium brand as the entry level of ownership for a VW is very low and affordable by many if not most. To me, in order for a car brand to be a premium brand it has to be a brand that I asspire to one day own, not a brand I can afford as my first car!!

Now someone give me a penny cause that was my thoughts........lol

VW is not positioning themselve as a premium brand. They will never do that because they are going to loose the majority of their customers.

They just need to have some top models in their product lines for demonstrating their technologies, boosting brand image, serving the market of their loyal customers, etc.

BTW, I don't see anything wrong with Outland saying new A3 looks like Kia.

Let's get back to the post. C coupe has a nice panoramic roof and BMW has an overall slick design except ugly tail lights (M aero kit makes the car looks better, I agree).

my bad...haha. Back to the topic. IF the 3-compact is sold here in the states, I would get it over the C-coupe even tho the C-coupe looks better.

MB C180K Coupe
Much prefer the MB C Coupe

The 3 compact is sold over here in Australia. So is the C Coupe. I chose the C Coupe as the 3 compact is so ugly at the back - not even a mother could love that rear end ! I was actually checking out 3 series coupes in comparison to the MB C coupe.
