Tried searching without luck.

I have an iPhone 4.
In my -06 C200K I have the Audio 20 Harman Kardon Logic 7 system. I also have an original Bluetooth module with the following info on it:

First letter is partially missing/unreadable, but the rest is:6 787 5840.
OCW23.
Hw: unreadable. SW: 01706
Peiker acoustic 002812
024369

I have read the manual. My car locates the iPhone but the display on the iPhone is just searching without finding anything to connect to.

What is wrong?

I think the part you have is the older one, the one ending in 5878 is the latest of that model and works with the iPhone 4 or 5. I think that is when they had HFP support, but this is only a guess. Ok good I remember a few years ago I was helping someone pare a phone with a new car and after an hour of messing with it discovered the iPhone was defective.
