I just bought my first Mercedes, previous car was a 06 WRX Limited.
Past and then the Present.

Looking into lowering, though need swaybars to help with tucking/avoiding tire rub, and dual exhaust.

Oh and I picked it up yesterday then went straight to work, so less than 4 hours with it.
Trying to head to local track to baseline my times with it.

Times will be very slow by comparison. You can get lighter rims with better/wider rubber, bigger brakes, thicker sways, drop the car, and your times will come down some, but it will still not be much fun on the track, really. Hope you weren't expecting much.

Having said that, welcome to the community.

Sorry, I like my rims right now, didnt know they were the stockers. 245s 40s, are feeling nice. No strut wear but its on a 17 and not an 19 inch rim like most of you seem to flow to.

Went with the resonator delete yesterday, no sound change but throttle response is better so its worth the 40 dollars.

Thanks for the heads up, ill keep that in mind. Think im going to work on the muffler today. Going to a euro tuner shop today to talk to them on fab work.

New set-up after the resonator delete, muffler delete, just straigt off the cats and tip. No more AMG tips but still nice tip to fill the gap. Sound is still good and deep.
