I NEED BATTERY ISSUE HELP!

Benznut: Without going into alot of detail...please review the following regarding reverse current relays...http://books.google.com/books?id=9TA...page&q=reverse current relay on automotive charging circuit&f=false
Sorry so URL is long... The basic circuitry for battery charging systems hasn't changed in theory... In summary, you may have a bad diode in the bridge circuit in your Alternator. Or a short in that bridge circuit is causing the battery remain connected (will not disconnect) when its fully charged, i.e. The battery stays connected to the circuit even when the engine is off. I have 33 years as a tech in aviation with Boeing... Charging circuits are the same in theory with airplanes.
