mechanical boost gauge problem

mechanical boost gauge problem
Recently i installed a mechanical boost gauge on my 02 coupe. My boost gauge reads right at 0 when its off. When i turn the car on it goes to 20in hg, but at full throttle it reads 0psi. I had a problem with my bypass valve earlier so i thought that was the problem and it wasnt closing so the supercharger could build boost but it seems to be working fine.
Any suggestions to what could be the problem? Could the gauge be faulty?

if your the same guy with that gauge thing....i could have swore u had a check engine light this will infact make things weird
but if your bypass valve isnt working
search m111 recirulating air flap reset they said it works everytime
