I have a 2005 C320, problem is that the left turn signal will not turn off. I came home yesterday, and the message came up saying that the front left signal light is out, with the fast signal clicking sound. No problem I thought. I went in the house and looked at the car, and the signal light was on, but not blinking. I went out started the car, turned the lights on and off, turned the signal on and off, but it is still on. I swapped light bulbs and that didn't help. So I just took the light bulb out. Anyone have any ideas on the problem?

 

you might have melted the contacts together on the socket. look inside the bulb socket and see if they're melted.
