does anybody know where I can buy a badge that won't
cover the recessed area? I've looked at tons of pictures and
noticed that c32's are flush..Is that the only flat badge I can get that sits into the recessed area? Where can I get 1 @? I passed by a c320 today at work and saw someone have one installed that fit over the recessed area and I thought it didn't look very good..

The flat hood badge depicted at this website is the same as the one wdawg has seen on the C320. I have one on my car.

I agree it is not as attractive as it should be, but you find the same badge on much more expensive MB Coupes. There is an aftermarket badge for the the C32 AMG that fits into the recessed area in the hood, offered by a member at MBWorld.

But, as you can see, it depicts an old AMG crest, not a MB star and laurel wreath. Since I don't have an AMG model and am not into posing, I bought the SLK hood badge (same as the website example, available at any MB dealer for $20).

Some Key Chain Fobs will fit into the recess just fine, but you must have some "skills" to remove the fob attachment, etc

I feel the same way about posing AMG.. I guess my original post made it sound like I was considering it. I would like to find just a normal one that fits correctly. I'm searching as fast as can be since we have the group buy on the CL grill from evosport going. If I can't find a badge I'm not getting the CL grill cause I just think that the overlapping looks pretty ugly. On with the search!!! If anybody finds one that fits exactly into the recessed area pls post... thanks!
