New Problem
For the past two days, my car has been problems it seems shifting to third gear. I have an automatic. And it feels like its struggling to get to third gear? Is my tranny going?

First thing I would do is check fluid level and see if it is correct. The 5 speed is very reliable as long as you change the fluid and watch the fluid level there is a cheap electrical connector that is known to leak as well as cause weird issues because the fluid can get form connector up to the TCU. so it would be a good idea to check it out. If neither of those are issues you will probably need star or try the fluid change to see if that helps.
The 722.6 is honestly very reliable and as you have a newer one they had all the issues worked out by then my c320 has 193,000 miles and by keeping the fluid changed it has been fine.
Once this issue is fixed I would do a filter and fluid change as it should be changed every 39,000 miles if you want it to last a long time.
