As much as I agree with you that the front needs to be lower, I'm not really willing to cut a coil off the springs to even it out. It's just how a lot of these cars came without sport suspension (odd). Also, I live in Canada where we have winter 8 months of the year so I don't want to be shoveling snow after a fresh snowfall.

The fogs are a combination of both LaminX film over the fogs and I also replaced the bulbs with Nokiya Hyper Yellow bulbs to give the light an actual yellow color. Otherwise, with just the film the light produced is just dimmer but not yellow.

Had the exhaust done late last week, a bit loud but I think it'll just take some time getting used to.

Thanks man! It's just some LaminX that I got online. Figured id give it a try since it's not that expensive. Ended up looking pretty good. I got it first but found it just wasn't yellow enough and got the bulbs.

Yeah same with me when I installed my Eisenmann! Definitely can get annoying during a long drive.

Oh man, I wish I could have afforded the Eisenmann but it was just too much since I'm saving up for another car at the moment.

Not sure if because there's a sudden drop in the temperature where I live but not I'm hearing a touch of a rattle when I come on and off the throttle about two weeks after the initial install. Doesn't sound like a burble though.

Nice ride! Wow, you're gutsy for lowering your car in Edmonton. I was so shocked to find you guys still have so many unpaved roads outside the Henday ring road.. and then there's the 1m deep snow during the winters..

Ya I'd love to cut a coil or two but as the next post said we can wake up in the morning to a couple or even a few feet of snow so I need that front end to be higher. Also, we are one of the worst cities for potholes and road construction so it's not really advisable until I get a winter car. Thanks for the compliments though!

Haha yup. That's us, someone did a prank where they changed our welcome sign of "City of Champions" to "City of Potholes" and "Never Ending Road Construction" among some other creative phrases lol.

Hey guys,

Just an update. Been driving through a foot of snow and to the mountains and on some sketchy highways in some pretty terrible conditions. Haven't had any problems with the lowered suspension yet *knock on wood*. Decided to take a few pics after a quick car wash and fresh snow fall. Here they are:

Mini Update:

Removed roof rack to do vinyl gloss black roof and probably gonna throw the rack back on after.

Unfortunately, having a headache of a time lately with the car. CEL has come on a couple times now compiled with losing throttle input control. I can fix the throttle input by turning on and off the car, but sometimes the problem happens in the middle of driving. Also, a butt load of electric problems: windows stopping / stopping and going back down when using the auto roll up, lights showing as out when they're not randomly, and the radio beeping at me for no reason.

It's been a while since I've done an update. Finally hit 100,000 km not too long ago.

Got my calculation for tax return done. Juggling between KW or BC coils, some BBS LM reps, and fixing all the rust on the car (starting to get really bad over the last few months).
