You'll need to get a 5mm spacer up front for sure. I don't think you'll need one for the rear.

I just got new wheels installed with that setup and mine just barely clear the calipers. Except mine were only 18's, not 19's.

+32 (+27 after spacers) up front. If you wanna be safe go ahead and get 7mm spacers :p

So how do you come up with the number for your spacers? That's what I can't figure out.

Question

I think it depends on each specific rim configuration, i.e. how far the spokes are from the caliper.

BTW, are you selling your old rims? I want to buy the fronts... Want to go un-staggered
Are they like this one ?
Thanks

You're gonna have to elaborate on your question.

as specified before it all depends on the wheel design if you'll need spacers to clear the calipers or not. Have you tested the wheels on the car yet to see if you need them or not? if so and you do need spacer you can get a rough measurement of what you need by loosing up the lug bolts and sliding the wheel out till it clears the calipers. from there hold the wheel in that position and get a ruler and measure the distance from the back of the wheel hub to the hub of the car. That'll give you a rough estimate of the spacer you need. remember most spacers are in mm so measure in that or you can converst inches over to mm. Offset is a factor but a lot has to do with the hub and spoke design of the wheels. I ordered +25 and +20 for my CCWs and the way they machine the face the hub is low so it was hitting which required me to run spacers anyways. 3 piece wheels do offset a little differently since they do it by widths of the barrels unlike one or 2 piece wheel which gives the concave look of wheels.

The wheels I'm buying might possibly clear the calipers, if not ill measure the way phister said to. I didn't know if there was a type of calculator to determine before the wheels were mounted if I would need spacers and what size, that way I could do everything at one time. Quick question though, I'm assuming ill need different wheel lug studs, any advise where to purchase?

To elaborate on the question earlier. The wheel that is going up front is going to be 19/8.5 et34. The factory wheel is 17/7.5 et36. Is there a specific way to take the measurements from both wheels to determine the exact size of the spacer ill need? Or does it all depend on the face of the new rim what size the spacer will be needed? Also, when mounting aftermarket wheels on these cars is there an EXACT overall offset the wheels need to be at? or as long as the wheels clear the caliper it depends on a persons specific taste?

it all depends on the wheel if you need spacers or not. don't assume you need spacer right away because you have to remember you're gaining an extra inch of wheel so the clearance is going to be a little different. usually on our cars an offset of +20-+38 will fit fine for or cars and depending if you have the larger calipers if it'll clear. my spare wheel is a 17x8 +32 and it clears fine over my calipers without spacers but my CCWs don't without spacers so its all dependent on the wheels themselves. So before getting spacers test fit the wheel on the car and see if they need spacers.

Radusadirect is where most get their bolts. just make sure its tapered/acorn or ball seat lug bolts that's required for the wheels. To measure the length you need take your OEM lug bolts and your stock wheel and place the lug bolt through the wheel and see how much the bolt sticks out the back of the wheel and measure it. Then take the same bolt and place it in the new wheel and see how much it sticks out. From there you either need to add or subtract length to match how much it sticks out like from the stock wheel. So say it sticks out 10mm from the back of the stock wheel but only sticks out 5mm from the new wheel, then you'll need 5mm more to get it to 10mm like the stock wheel and bolt. Our stock lug bolt shaft length is 39.9 (or 40mm rounded up) so you'll need 45mm length shaft lug bolts. Make sure you order with the shaft length and not the overall length. Some manf. do overall and some do shaft length on lug bolts so make sure you order with the correct SHAFT length on the bolts.
