New to MB
The first thing I want to take care of is wheels.

These are the rims I want in 18"
The specs are 18x9.5 +12 offset 5x114.3 With a center bore of 73.1 and that's where I run into my first set of problems.
I was wondering the following:
1) If there is any way I could change the lug pattern to 5x112 safely.
2) The center bore for my car is 66.6, is a larger bore a problem?
3) The stock offset for a MB is +35? So will I encounter a lot of problems?
Thanks for reading, and again I'm very new to the community so be gentle! Hahah
Congratulations on your C240!
1. Safely, honestly no. You could have them filled and re-drilled or you could run a adapter from 114.3-112.
2. As for the center bore, just the proper hub rings would do the trick and fix that.
3. As far as the +12 offset, it will just be poking out of the fender a bit. The lower the offset, the more the wheel will stick out of the body and look wider.
I hope this information helps you choose your new shoes for your C240.

I guess I'll keep searching around, I really don't want to run anything that isn't 100% safe as it is my daily for now. On to a suspension question. I've been looking into H&R Springs on Koni Shocks. I want a 1.5-2" drop at max, not looking for the hella slammed, just want to get rid of the gap in the wheel well. On stock wheels this won't give any problems with the fender right? I come across a lot of speed bumps, especially in my neighborhood, that's why I ask.
If you would like help with the H&R Springs or wheels, PM me i can go further into detail.

as they're right down the street from work for me. I forget where phister got his from - you could search his build thread and find out. I'm sure others here have gotten their kits from other vendors as well.
Around $100 for a kit. Saves you a ton more in lug bolts over time, though. And more importantly, you'd be able to get pretty blue lug nuts like phister has.
Also, if it's important to you, aftermarket cone seat rims have many more options available as far as lugnuts, so if you have a choice, better to go cone for the bling factor.
