General Maintenance before ECU Tune
Hi all,
I'm strongly considering a ECU remap (aka ECU tune) by OETuning, and I was wondering if there is anything I need to do in terms of maintenance before the tune. It looks like I'll be doing just Stage 1 of the tune. I'm a bit skeptical that after the tune, something engine-related occurs and throws an error code on me.
Mind that my car is currently a daily driver, as I put about 100 miles a day. It has about 55k miles on it at the moment. Only "performance" mod I have is the catback exhaust system.
Any input/advice would be greatly appreciated!

I don't see an ECU tune throwing any sort of codes. Maybe like an emission one? I'm attempting to get a Stage 1 tune from OE as well for now (custom exhaust) but a stage 2 in a month or two for when I get headers/downpipe/HFC and I'm curious to this as well.
