Creaking noise from front end, springs visibly chatter when turning

Creaking noise from front end, springs visibly chatter when turning
One more question, when turning or going over any sort of bumps (slowly) I get this creaking sound like an old door being opened from both struts. Mind you there is no knocking or sound of loose or worn out suspension AND it goes away when it is wet out. Car rides and handles like new. When I inspected the struts upon turning the wheel you can see the springs sort of slightly move a bit and that it where the sound is coming from, both sides. I have read that Mercedes have chassis lube, but is it for this type of problem? I can't stress enough that it does not have any sounds of bearing plates or strut failure sounds or any other noise 03 C320 4Matic.
It goes away in the rain is why I'm inclined to think there is something that needs to be there in the form of lubricant.
Yes I am new to Mercedes, but an old school tech of domestic cars and trucks.
