Excessive Steering Wheel Feedback
This is a problem with my C240 that is driving me absolutely crazy. From day 1, while driving my car over the slightest imperfections in the road, you can feel every bump through the steering wheel. It's as if there is absolutely no buffer between the road & the steering wheel. I can almost even feel every rotation the wheels make through the steering wheel until the car comes to a complete stop. The service tech tells me it's normal & everything is completely tight. I know it's not right as every loaner C240 drives as smoothly as can be.
Could this possibly be due to bushings or shocks? They also can't seem to get the wheels balanced but that's a whole other issue I assume. Unfortunately I love the looks of the car but absolutely hate driving it. Please help me with your suggestions!!!
