Anyone know how to take the rear deck carpet off?

Anyone know how to take the rear deck carpet off? Where the factory subwoofer grill is and also the rear sun shade.

I have a 2003 C230K and the carpet is faded and need to be refreshed. It looks horrible seeing it like that. TIA!
