Hi, I replaced the air filter for engine and can't find any retain clip as show red arrow.
Is there any clip for 2006 C230 V6 model? If yes, where can I purchase one from?? Search google and many benz parts company but find none related.

I don't think there is a clip. The picture you posted is of a w204 (C300 etc) engine bay.
