I finally got the ordered placed today for my classic soft trim leather. I am doing a two tone black and oyster combination with center seat perforations. It should go in Next Monday and be back on Friday. I will post pics as soon as I get them. I will try to scan the seating schematic tonight and post it asap.
$1750 installed.

long live cloth!!! save a cow

the cloth would live much longer if it wasn't so ugly. I am tired of explaining what the design might be to people

I got the cloth to avoid mad cow fever and hoof and mouth but it's good to know you can get good old american hides for the C230. I've had a car done with a Classic Soft Trim and had to have it removed immediately because it smelled really bad because of the freshly killed naugahide back and sides. Then I found out for $100 more they can do 100% leather and that was great. The fit and finish on their product is as good as the factory.

They charge $6,200 on the E320 for two tone leather interior they call the designo option. You now have the 1st designo c-coupe.

Does the kit include the side pannels that cover the air bags?

Yes it includes the side panels. I am having mine done by classic soft trim themselves in Hayward, CA. The general manager told me that they have done 16 coupes so far.

and the only problem so far has been two coupes registered an SRS airbag error that the dealer was able to reset. They said no problems removing the panels and installing the leather ones. if you look at my other post you will see the Schematic includes the door panels.
