Stock w204 wheels on pre-facelift w203
Hi guys, I'm going to purchase some stock 2009 c300 17" wheels for my 04 c240. I've read around and seen some threads that say they will fit... The offset on my wheels is 35. On the wheels I'm going to get the offset for the rear tires is 58 and for the two front tires the offset is 47. Does anybody know what size spacers and lug nuts I should get??? Any kind of help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I don't know about lug nuts, but you would need 20-25 mm front spacers, and 10-15 mm for the rear.
Problem is it will look awkward as hell and will rub unless you do some rolling.

I had w204 Wheels and the problem is, that on the W204 the Holes are Bigger, than the W203..

Another problem you may encounter is that the lug ball radius may be different so keep this in mind when looking for lugs. That being said, you may have to have lugs custom made which will be VERY expensive. If you have lugs custom made, make sure the shop uses the proper grade of steel.
Lastly, don't plan on driving the car aggresively, if you google hub spacers you'll find a lot of horror stories about them. Personally, I wouldn't do this due to safety concerns.

W203's use a 12 x 1/5mm lug. W204's use a 14 x 1.5mm lug so the holes on the W204 wheels have a larger diameter. This shouldn't be a problem as long as your spacers are also hub centric. About the lenght, you could insert one of your W203 lugs the corresponding W203 wheel and see how much thread sticks out - the portion that would be threaded into the hub of your W203. You then add this amount to the thickness of your spacers plus the thickness of the W204 wheel - the thickness from where the ball of the W204 lug rests on the W204 wheel to where the thread sticks out on the inside of the W204. This will give you the length of the shank and thread that you need. Do this for the front and back as if you do this, you will be using different thickness spacers.

P.s. I'm using 10mm spacers

Tough to say without measuring. Also, if your car is a 4matic, search to see if having staggered wheels/tires will cause problems with your drivetrain.

sounds like too much work and hassle, why not just buy rims that are meant for the car?
IMO a car always looks odd when it uses an OEM rim not meant for that model, I find it fine for completely different rim ie BBS style or other 3rd party design

Wondering why the OP is trying to use wheels from a different generation when they're known to be incompatible with the W203 without spacers or other mods.. not just offset, but ball seat etc. Personally I'd be afraid of the wheels breaking off when you're driving if you don't do this part right..

My w204 rim sizes are:
