HELP - Catalytic Converter / Exhaust Question

HELP - Catalytic Converter / Exhaust Question
Apparently my two rear cats are busted as I've been hearing this creaky rattling sound from it at certain temperatures when I'm coming on and off the throttle. Should I replace it with just piping or replace them with Magnaflow since OEM is gonna cost a fortune?

pipe.....the rear cats are useless and restrict flow. These cars pass emissions with 200 cell race cats.

Cats do have a real function of cleaning your emissions. Test pipes don't. Pretty simple math.
