ESP / BAS disabled!!!

ESP / BAS disabled!!!
Ok I over emphasized with the exclamation points but it got your attention..
Anyway I had this problem a few months ago when for the first time I got the error that ESP / BAS was disabled. I called the dealership and they said not to worry about it and even on this forum people suggested its not a rare issue. However, past week I've been getting that error just about on a daily basis after driving (hard). Whats the cause of this error? When I shut off ignition and then restart car everything is fine for the rest of the day.
