What do you mean by "it somehow make a small jump and shifting up in a moment."? Do you mean it's missing a gear?

Oil & filter change period is 60,000 km with the MB recommended oil .

That is very low km for a car that is 11- 12 years old. Have you any service records for the ATM?

Should be worthwhile checking the oil level & taking note how clean the oil looks.

Although 60k km's is the recommended flush interval, these cars can go at least 120 000 km's before a flush, and still shift decently. I doubt it's the fluid that's causing the problem.
I just don't understand whats happening. ufo019, is your transmission skipping a gear when upshifting? Are you talking about shifting with the gear selector while in drive?

THE C350
A good place to start would be checking for leakage at the electrical connection (pilot bushing) and check the fluid level properly.

Thank you for quick reply. So i don't know how to explain when AT transmission shifts up automatically for example in the 2nd gear and car makes some jumping I have looked for suggestions i think it may be because of cold motor and also i will check transmission fluid.

Thanks

THE C350
After you check the connector and the fluid take a look at the engine and transmission mounts as they could cause issues. I do know that when my car is cold and the engine has yet to make it to around 80c my torque converter will be a little harsh. It has done that since around 90k and maybe even before then so I don't worry about it and have learned to be more aggressive on the throttle so it won't act strange.
