Mercedes didn't settle right away when my mom sued them when her airbag did not deploy in a 1989 260E (head on collision). After 5 years Mercedes finally did settle before the trial date.

GOOD NEWS...
well, my whole year has been made. the car is being totalled!!!! I couldn't be happier. Anyway, just wanted to say thanks again to everyone on here for being so nice to me this last year from helping me out when I was looking to get this car to where it's at now. I am most likely not going to buy another mercedes but will keep visiting to see what's going on in the off topic and around here. so thanks again and see ya soon
