2003 c320 , has any one else have problems with using leds in there reverse lights? i tried azn optics leds and some ebay kind and i get error messeges and the bulbs flash every 5 seconds. whats up with this?

 

You need resistors to make them work. Since led use less voltage to operate the car thinks the bulbs are blown

 

type in "no error" after what ever you bought

 

yea everything i bought was no error and says it works for my c320 ,but they dont. i talked to azn optics and there surprised they did not work in my car. what brand are you guys using? maybe my car is picky.

 

When I tried a "led" in my 240 volt domestic infra red sensored security lamp I got the flash on every five seconds result.
"Phister" was right. I had to buy a "led" cognisant lamp. The current drain on the old lamp with
"led" installed was too low.
Do not know whether"leds" with built in resisters are available though.
