OBD CODE P0172
OBD CODE P0172
My w203 c200k has a code P0101 and i change the MAF sensor. All ok and work perfect with new MAF SENSOR (original part not aftermarket) . Now i have a P0172 system too rich, Bank 1
Any ideas for that code?

You may have a hose or ducting air leak. Check all is assembled tightly.
Some people spray aerostart around joints to see whether there is a air leak. The engine revs will change with the change in fuel air ratio.

The MAF (Mass Air Flow) Sensor is dirty or faulty. Note: The use of “oiled” air filters can cause the MAF to become dirty if the filter is over-oiled. There is also an issue with some vehicles where the MAF sensors leak the silicone potting material used to protect the circuitry. There could be a vacuum leak. There could be a fuel pressure or delivery problem

same issue system bank 1 too rich
notice this happen after i replaced the air filter with a knn
