To reiterate what 3bAn 2 PoW 0 said,

it seems as though you have a sprung weight issue on your side of the car whenever you drive.

i got the exact same problem.....what i figure is that since your driving... it adds weight to that side.... the best solution i have found so far..... i got kw coilovers with damper control and its super stiff, but still scrapes sometimes.... im going to raise it a little and see if it helps..... and i see that you are using cut springs... im pretty sure that why u scrape.... get some good shocks..... or replace springs with coilovers....

Here are a couple of things you might want to do to get a better understanding of your issue.

1) make sure your tires are all properly inflated.
2) Park your car on a level surface.
3) Settle the suspension.
4) Nobody sitting in the car.
5) Now take measurements from the ground up to the edge of the fender making sure your are doing exactly through the center of each wheel.

Several people in the past have reported a slight difference from side to side. Most likely due to manufacturing tolerances.

Now have a friend repeat those measurements with just you sitting in the car.

These steps will probably not tell where the problem lies, but might help you by narrowing your search to a solution.

It's funny, but on my car I've only experienced rubbing in the rear passenger tire. Usually this occurs when someone is sitting in the back and I'm turning left or going uphill. Does this mean I have a problem?
