for C240 C320

my C240 has an intermittent..very slight rough idling--sumtimes..revving it also shows some slight rough idling/hesitation.., and the tech. cannot diagnose the problem because nothing appears on the star diagnosis laptop. he says it might be a mechanical problem which will be very hard to look for. besides, we tried several times to redline the car, but we failed to duplicate the check engine light scenario w/c happened 2months ago.

i have new sparkplugs, air mass sensor, and the 6 fuel injectors, 6 ignition coils have been checked through d laptop, and everything is working well. it could not be fuel, as i fill up at d same gas station as my other vehicles.

any ideas as to what could be my problem???? its really very slight,,,,,,,,and can be ignored....but i know its there. or maybe im just too paranoid about sumthing w/c is just but normal with these engines.

i don't know what the problem could be but i'm freaked out. my engine is starting to rev up at idle as well.
