CD Changer stopped working???

CD Changer stopped working???
My coupe is 1 week old, and the CD changer stopped working this morning. It says that the magazine is empty, although it is not. When you load the magazine, it makes little clicking noises, but it's not really pulling out the trays and spinning the CD's like it used to. I have a service appointment next weekend for them to do other minor things (like attach the front license plate bracket) and I'll have them look at this too. Is there any kind of "reset" or something I could do to correct the problem? TIA!!!

Do you have COMAND ? If you have COMAND I could tell you how to do a D2B system reset, however, this prob. would not fix the problem you are having...

I remember someone saying something a while ago about how if the CD player wasn't "synchronized" (or something like that) it would stop working after a while. I did a search on this but didn't find anything. Can anyone help? Thanks!
