C32 VS C230 story... Worth it or not.
exactly thats why he should trade his C32 with my C230 because the C230 feels fast, the engin revs high quickly and screams like its about to blow up but the car just moves like a turtle....
j/p
You should've looked around. The dealership here in Ottawa has a C32 sitting in the front display booth, been there a month or so, anyone remotely serious about it could take it out with some convincing. Its Pewter Grey with a black interior for anyone wishing to buy one! There's even a CL500 (might be a CL600, I forget) on the lot!
whenever a C32 comes here, it's either taken or for display only.damn, lets get this finish
my original post was to comparethe C32 and the C230 sedan, which one more worthy... now i know the answer... the C230 is much worthy than the C32.

I like your '55 180. Sweet car!
because benz dealer were open in the 56 after post war.
Of course, what it's REALLY lacking is a true manny - that would shore up a lot of the issues that many people have with it. The wallow can be fixed with better suspension parts, but the C32 will always be lesser than the M3 if they persist in the slushbox-only variant. And not offering a manny does say something about how they position the car vs. the M3.
Tommy, I can't get enough of your manual transmission posts. Maybe you and Buell could have your own *****ing and whining thread?

I'm not whining - I didn't spend 50 large on an old man's car.

The Best of Mercedes & AMG
As soon as C32 owners remove the "it's a sports sedan, not a sportscar" chip off their collective shoulder, then we'll all be happier.

There's not a chip on any AMG owner's shoulder...we're all quite happy passing M3s in our old man's car. Of course, you're busy getting smoked by Minis and GTIs with your manual transmission.
Then again, if a "smurf blue" interior is one of the indicators of a "hip" car, then I'll be over here in the left lane (speeding my way to my AARP meeting) if you need me.
battle of the cartman's
I was gonna say something, but then I read about Harris's post which said pretty much what I want to say.
Different cars has different perception of speed because of different suspension settings, seating positions, and other factors.
Our family minivan feels mighty fast when it's going 80mph.
back to the topic, is the C32 worth it. Hell YEAH! cuz e46 M3 doesn't come in sedan.

Benz the best!
BMW dunno how to make good sedans. Why people always find C32 VS the M3?
ain't C32 suppose to VS the S4?
