Has anyone had issues with the headlight assemblies? My left one had to be replaced [warranty] at 45k due to a burned connector and now the right one went bad at 61k. Unless I can find a legit TSB on it, MBSD won't replace it.

Is there a Mercedes mechanic that can fax me a tsb on this?

What bulbs did you go to after the Phillips Rallyes? Were they of higher wattage than the Rallyes? Could the higher wattage bulbs explain the burned connecters?

 

Actually, when one of them blew a year ago, I went stock. When the left one blew, they replaced the whole assy., saying that there was a TSB on them. At that time, they didn't replace the right side becuase it was still in good shape.

I'm hoping that someone has an inside connection to those TSB's.
