the times says from 1-4 so does that mean we can show up anytime between then? i would like to go, but i'm having lunch with a friend so i doubt i'd be able to get there by 1... i don't really want to rsvp since i'm not sure if i can make it, anyone know if we can just show up w/o rsvp? i didn't go last year so i'm not sure how this event works...

i don't think they hold you to your rsvp... they probably just want to get an estimate of how many cars will be there. i'm going to be late... the only thing that sucks is that people who go late won't get a prime spot on the top level.
