I saw a w203 bose amp on ebay a few weeks ago sell for $100 so if you haven't checked ebay yet I would keep any eye out for one.

I'm looking to upgrade the stereo in some fashion. I might run an amp and subwoofer to start so I can get some extra bass then maybe I'll change the speakers. The basic audio system is total crap in these cars, odd that MB would do that considering it's a nicely insulated vehicle. The Bose in my old Maxima kicked nicely.
