C350 2006 ignition on but no accessory

C350 2006 ignition on but no accessory
The problem is intermitent, i put the key in the ignition switch and start the car. everything is fine except the fact that nothing but the engine work : no wiper, heater, radio, power seat, horn cluster, etc and when i put lights on it give the same message as if the key was not in the switch.
I just changed the EIS for a brand new from local dealer, no changes.
I have remove and inspect front SAM and clean like a new inside and outside + every connector tested and inspected.
I have no more idea where to check so im asking advice please.
