Caliper Measurement?

Caliper Measurement?
Been talking with a wheel manufacturer and looks like i'll be the first c230 to order from them... cool but at the same time worrysome since this is new territory for them and myself.
Looking to get:
Front 17x9 +35 Jump up to 235's probably.
Rear 17x9 +22 245/40
Anyways got to talking with him about clearance and he asked me to measure my caliper to see if the wheel specs will work out...
He provided me with this diagram...
I need to try and provide him with some detailed measurements but was trying to see if anyone had an opinion how the best way to measure this or if by some miracle someone knew the numbers.
Trying to make sure before I order these wheels that I'll have no major issue with clearance.
Anyways just trying to get some input from people that kind of understand what's going on, if you have any suggestions as to why I'm choosing a certain option just ask or scold and odds are you're going to help me.

Just take the wheel off and measure away 
What type of wheels are you going to order? I might join if I like the looks on them... Although I would probably do 17x8 all around for my car.

17x9 redrilled to our 5x112
35 in the front and 22 in the rear.

but i think there may be an issue with clearance...well i knew there would be but I just dont know enough about it to make a solid decision..
I think I may be going with their ES2's now.

I still need to get the caliper measurements but I think this will be a little more manageable...
