Question Wheel question

Hi all, I'm newbie to the forum. What can I say? I've searched several other forums but one can match the level of info and brilliancy (if there's such word) of MB-related discussions found here.
I have quick inquiries? Does anyone have ever heard of wheel brand called Fittipaldi? If so, where does the wheels manufactured at? How's the quality? Light/heavy? Where could I obtain one? Can it be mounted on a C320 Sport?
Thanx so much for the insight?

Regards,
Dumbodumb

Suprisingly, I couldn't find an easy answer like fittipaldi.com, but I found this website: discussion of fittipaldi

They discuss his rims there. If you want my personal opinion (and I know that you didn't), I don't think that the styling of his rims fit in well with MB's.

go here for wheel weights
If you can avoid the site owners obvious insanity (evidenced by the "Go 'Canes!"), they list a sh*tload of rims, and all of the Fittipaldi rims appear to be very Rosanne-like. Also, if you scroll down, you'll see my crx's 15" SSR Type X rims listed at a Twiggy-like 10.5 lbs! I won't be hurt if you don't.

My personal taste would lean more towards Brabus, BBS, Carlsson, and even OZ. But, get what you want within your budget - it's your car. Oh, in case you were interested, Renntech can swap in a manual tranny for $5k. :p

Emerson Fittipaldi is a famous race car driver. But I guess he's retired already?! I'm not sure.

Yes, he does have a line of wheels, but I think his wheels are OEM by some wheel company. As far as I can remember, his wheels are all traditional & classic look, I'm not sure which wheel will look good on a C-class. His wheels are in the mid to low range group. I think there are quite a lot of wheels for you to choose besides Fittipaldi in the market right now. Whether it can be fitted on a C-class really depends on the wheels offset.

Fittipaldi is Italian, and is mostly used in ferrari, lambourgini, and porches. Like tommy said they aren't for the MB, you're better off with Brabus, Carlsson, etc... Good luck on whatever your choice is.
