Man oh man...
Guess who's still waiting for a reply from the regional representative as to why they can't fix my BAS, ESP, cruise control problems?
Yep, me. I've had the car to the dealership 6 times in the last 1 1/2 months. The dealer says that they don't know what could be wrong. I've shown them print outs from the forum, and I've contacted MBUSA twice.
This will not be a good survey. I don't care if they bribed me with a new S class. I'm too aggrevated to even deal with it anymore. Next week I plan to drop it off at the dealer and tell them that it can sit there without me making a payment until it is fixed.
I know I can't contractually withold my payments, but I'm at the end of my rope on this one.
I don't know if it is a wiring harness, the brake light switch or the ESP/ BAS modules, but I swear a 32K car that doesn't even have cruise control because the other systems keep deactivating it is ridiculus.
I love the car. It's too bad the manufacturer can't fix known problems. My next step is to call some other dealers (nearest one is 2 1/2 hours away) and see if they know of the problem and can schedule me an appointment to get it fixed.

how long ago did you buy this car, if it is brand new sue them if they will not replace it, six repairs would male this car a lemon.
