Center Console Sliding Cover Repair

Hey All,

My sliding cover (over the cupholders) is starting to separate. Has anyone repaired theirs? I've heard that these are over $100...is that true? Has anyone used any flexible adhesive to fix theirs?

Looks like it's $32 or 182 (I'm assuming the more expensive "w/out sport" is the "wood" version).

Mymercedes Part #14 on schematic
Personally, I'd get it brand new instead of trying to McGuyver it. And I'd also convince myself that the wood version looks like sh*t if I had it, and get the cheaper version.

Anybody replace the rubber cubby hole part underneath the radio? Mine has disintegrated and I bought the OEM replacement but am afraid the entire interior will have to come apart. Thanks.

You don't have to take anything apart for that little square. Just get a knife/needle nose pliers and pick it out.
Edit- I'm stupid. Thought it said cupholder, not radio. I believe you would have to take apart all of it in that case.

Thanks guys. I'm cheap, so I'm going to see if I can repair, otherwise, $32 isn't too bad.
