Alright.....well last tool for the job arrived today so I plan on tackling the fuel filter swap...finally early this week. I was awaiting the Clic-R tool to arrive.

As for testing the fuel pressure....I've not yet done that. I have neglected our fuel filter for some time and I'm sure it's a culprit in all of this...in some fashion....so I'll test the fuel pressure after it's replacement.
