200,000 milestone
My 2005 C240 4matic just reached 200,000 miles.

Other than routine maintenance, what have you had to do to your car to get it to 200K miles?

To get to 200,000 miles other then regular maintenance I had to replace the alternator 2 times, one new coil pack, one new battery.
The two problems I have is the clicking sound when the car is first turned on. (due to the air selector which has a broken gear) and the rear defroster doesn't work.
