help! OBDII no power at pin 16?
So they tell me there is no power at pin 16 which should be +12V from the battery and I should go to the dealer to trouble shoot it. I do not want the dealer to tell me I need a whole new wiring harness or some BS.
Could this be a fuse or something? any ideas?
