coolant leak 2005 c230 kompressor

coolant leak 2005 c230 kompressor
I have a coolant leak at the back of the engine, drivers side on my 2005 c230 kompressor. I have removed the plastic trim underneath and found coolant dripping off of the AC lines, which obviously is coming from somewhere above. It looks like it is coming from somewhere between the firewall and the rear of the engine, but it is very hard to see with visual inspection where it might be coming from.
After running my car around with no plastic covers underneath, today I saw coolant dripping again from below. I jacked up the car & climbed underneath it. I saw coolant dripping off the AC lines as well as off the transmission pan. With a light I carefully looked to see if I could spot where the coolant was coming from. It appears to be dripping down the drivers side of the transmission just in front of the transmission pan. I cannot see any hoses leaking, nor any drips above the transmission. Any ideas on where this leak might be?

hey im in Canada and have the exact same problem, and what worse im a n auto tech for Chrysler, but have been off work with Vertigo, so I haven't been able to perform any work myself, but anyways yes im experiencing exact same thing, behind rear right of engine between engine and firewall some coolant slowly dripping, we have hoisted the car and looked underneath but cant see where its coming from because the view is obstructed with other parts, the leak same as you runs along down the side of transmission and collect's on the underbody splash shield,,so im curious??

the heater hoses run back there to the heater core---u have to remove the wiper arms and then you can remove the black plastic drip cover that goes between the windshield and firewall at the back of the engine compartment. From there you can inspect everything for leaks
