now thats not something you hear everyday.... but this is my experience!
a local tire shop fuqed up when they were dismounting the tire and accidently scraped the silicon (monday). i called up iforged, steve said they will fix it for me for free. just sent the wheel to them and they'll take care of it. so i shiped my wheels down and it already now ready to be sent back to me (wednesday) yes... it is the same week!
my rims should be on the way back now. thats some great customer service!
