Factory Nav upgrade on C320

Hello everyone!

Looking to upgrade the stock radio on my C320 and I am wondering if this radio is a plug and play unit or if I will have to do any modifications to make it fit. It looks to be a stock unit so I am assuming it is an easy install, but I'd rather make sure before I pull the trigger. I know I can get a cheaper aftermarket one but I generally like to keep things uniform with my vehicles.

THE C350
4.This item isn't compatible with the original optical-fiber amplifier that will be abandoned after installing this item. You can purchase any non-optical-fiber amplifier to replace the original one or use the built-in amplifier of this item.

You have the Bose stereo so it won't be plug and play you will have to rewire the speakers either individually or run wires from front to back to where the Bose amp is. It is also recommended to replace the Bose speakers. So you might as well redo everything and start fresh with a good head unit, new amp, new speakers ect...

I replaced mine with one from an SL 55 (more details in other threads). I used the OEM Bose speakers and all sounds good...installed a new subwoofer.

Looks good! That is basically what I'm trying to replicate, but with a stock unit that came with the model year car. It seems like they are pretty much impossible to find though and apparently not plug and play as one would assume they would be. I'm coming from a Charger that was swap in and out in terms of the radio so please excuse my ignorance if I'm wrong with the above Lol.

Isn't this the same unit as yours?
