I have a C320 that is Bipolar/Schizophrenic, cannot clear codes

With my apologies to people who are bipolar and/or schizophrenic, my car is crazy!
It is a FLOOD car, bought it at an auction. The codes that show up EVERY morning are P301 (cyl1 misfire), P0175, P0172; sometimes, a couple extra codes, such as MAF issues and other cylinder misfires.
I clear the codes with my scanner, and the car drives great for the rest of the day. The next morning, the routine starts all over again.
I've replaced the injector on cyl1, checked ALL the plugs, all the coils, replaced the MAF, tried to clean the intake right past the MAF (idk what that's called). I will replace the fuel filter next, see if that does anything.
I need help with suggestions or ideas as to what could be causing this ongoing problem. I'm about to lose the hair I have left, so time is of the essence!![Big Grin](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
From my limited mechanical knowledge, I'm suspecting a computer issue of some sort, this car having been a flood car. But that's only a guess, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Move the coil pack and wires to the cylinder on the opposite side (so wires work still) and see if problem moves at all.
I would get a new fuel filter just to be sure it is not an issue as well as check fuel pressure at the fuel rail should be 55 psi I believe when cranking.
How long have you owned this car? any clue how bad the flood damage was? check front fuse box for water/damage. It is the box next to the brake fluid reservoir on driver side.

thanks, sam. i did move the coils around, the problem did not move with the coils. i did the same with the plugs, and still the codes remain.
fuel pressure is fine too, checked it with a kit from autozone. i have no idea how bad the flood damage was, i bought the car last fall. other than the codes, it drives great.
i'll update this thread once i replace the filter (have the filter already, just haven't had time on account of the world cup). another friend suggested that maybe the crank position sensor is bad, so i guess if the fuel filter doesn't solve it, i'll get the cps. if that doesn't work, would it be wrong to set the car ablaze??

Check compression. Do you lose coolant? Start unplugging electrical connectors at your main control units. Start at the Engine Control, check for corrosion. There's a million possibilities.

Compression is fine too, no fluid loss at all (coolant or any other). Where would the engine control connector be? I honestly think it's an electrical thing, hopefully I've eliminated some of the million possible problems.
