Question regarding Toe Link Removal

Question regarding Toe Link Removal
Hi guys,

I just got adjustable Toe arms from MBArts but now when I'm trying to get them installed, mechanics are saying they will have to drop the subframe to remove "Arm 1" labelled in the picture

So I just want to make before doing anything, is "Arm 1" even the toe link?

Or is it "Arm 2"?
