C320 Aggravating Headlight Problem

C320 Aggravating Headlight Problem
.Hello all,
I am getting a bit frustrated with this C320.
This is what we have going on.
All headlights, side markers, tails and so forth are all working
with the exception of the Driver's side low beam and parking light directly below
the headlamp bulb.
This vehicle does NOT have xenon headlights, so I am unsure if there is a module
for the halogen bulbs that could be bad.
I have checked all of the fuses all over the car, and they either have power flow
or show good with an ohm meter.
This leads me to the SAM module under the hood even though the fuses there are good. Still I read no voltage at the headlamp socket or the parking light socket.
I did find some bare wiring associated with these two lights, So I think possibly the SAM got shorted out.
Any tips or assistance would be greatly appreciated,
