Aftermarket radio antenna
Okay so im sure this has been covered before in other threads but ive literally have been looking for hours and cant find anything...
So im trying to hook up my aftermarket radio and of course the reception is terrible like other posts have stated. I have an amplified antenna adapter so i guess this is where my question arises... Do i just hook the blue wire off my antenna adapter to a 12v source, the remote wire off the back of the aftermarket head unit, or do i hook a 12v source into pin number 13 (the oem antenna wire) plus the antenna adapter wire all together? not sure if that makes sense but ive read it so many ways on other threads im just confused at this point...
