This is my first post. I did look at existing posts and didn't find a solution to my problem. I am trying to replace my rotors/pads and having an issue with rotor alinement.

When i put the rotor on the hub its not sitting flush with it (i did use the small screw that keeps it in place) so when i rotate the rotor its hitting the metal track for brake pads. No matter what i do, i couldn't get it to rotate with out rubbing. I also tried putting my tire back on hoping the lugnuts will prevent it from rubbing, had no luck with that.

I will appreciate if you experts can take a stab at my problem and suggest a solution.
